She is the statistician of record on a number of investigator-initiated multi-center clinical trials and leads several of the biostatistics and informatics focused resources at Baylor, including: Biostatistics and Informatics Shared Resource, Duncan Cancer Center; and Biostatistics, Duncan Institute for Translational Research. Dr. Hilsenbeck's personal research interests focus on design and analysis of prognostic and predictive biomarker studies. She is also committed to teaching.
