He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Gulf Coast Consortia's Combinatorial Drug Discovery Program at Texas A&M Institute of Bioscience and Technology, where he also received his PhD. Throughout his career, he has developed a wide array of image based and biochemical high throughput screening platforms, which have been used to develop and repurpose drugs across multiple disease contexts including cancer, pathogenic infections, and neurologic disorders.
