Following my training at UCSF and USC/LAC medical centers, I spent 4 years at UC Davis medical center in Sacramento and the remaining 29 years at St. Luke's Medical Center and the Texas Heart Institute in the Texas Medical Center and as faculty at the Baylor College of Medicine. The first of those 19 years I was also associated with Texas Children's Hospital. The practice involved clinical, research and teaching in a full-service nuclear medicine service including SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and non-sealed source therapeutics including P-32, I-131, Sir-Spheres, Sr-90 and Sm-153 lexidronam.
