Research Interests
Dr. Offodile is helping to lead the development and evaluation of novel service delivery models at MD Anderson. Collaborating with key leaders throughout the institution, Offodile's broader objective is to define, align and implement a high-level roadmap for clinical and economic transformation in support of MD Anderson's vision to deliver high-value cancer care. Instruments for change include big data analytics, alternative payment models, change management and a thoughtful re-organization of care delivery.
