Dr. Wong's current research interests focus on clinical and preclinical MR imaging research. In addition to establishing the advanced neuroimaging capabilities at TT and WF Chao Center for BRAIN for neurological disorders, his laboratory focuses on image-guided optical imaging for cellular and molecular imaging for glioblastoma and lung cancer diagnosis. He also combines his expertise in small animal MRI and optical imaging to investigate the tumor vasculature microenvironment using multimodality multiscale image-based modeling. His current projects include: Image Guided Optical Molecular Imaging in Lung Cancer Diagnosis, MR Perfusion derived Tissue Residual Function Analysis of Glioblastoma undergoing Anti-angiogenic/Anti-vascular Therapy, Multimodailty Multiscale Image-based Modeling of Glioblastoma.
